By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the Ebook, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1. Intellectual Property Ownership

The Curated Space: Luxe Within Reach, including but not limited to all text, graphics, images, logos, design layouts, and concepts contained within it, is the exclusive property of the author and publisher Intent Accents LLC. The Ebook is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited license, not ownership, of the content.

2. Grant of License & Permitted Use

Intent Accents LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download, view, and use the Ebook strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use on your personal electronic devices.

3. Prohibited Uses (Anti-Resell & Anti-Sharing)

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions. Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and a violation of copyright law:

  • No Reselling: You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Ebook or any portion of its contents.

  • No File Sharing: You may not share, forward, email, or otherwise distribute the Ebook file (including PDFs, ePubs, or digital links) to any third party.

  • No Public Posting: You may not upload the Ebook to any public or private website, shared cloud drive, forum, torrent site, or social media platform.

  • No Modification or Derivative Works: You may not alter, transform, adapt, translate, copy, or create derivative works based on the Ebook's text, images, or layout.

4. Digital Rights Management (DRM) & Security

The Ebook may contain digital watermarks, unique identifiers, or encryption technologies designed to track unauthorized distribution. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or defeat any security features embedded in the Ebook. If a leaked copy is traced back to your unique purchase identifier, you may be held legally liable for copyright infringement.

5. Remedies for Breach

Intent Accents LLC reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Ebook immediately and without refund if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Intent Accents LLC also reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking statutory damages, injunctive relief, and legal fees under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Curated Space: Luxe Within Reach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The material contained in the Ebook is for informational and educational purposes only. Intent Accents LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Ebook.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
